The pictures featured consistently follow the themes already present in the Fondazione Fiera Milano Archives: Architecture. These will be the themes covered by the archives to be acquired.
Visiting the Fiera Campionaria has always been an exciting experience, often highly anticipated, enjoyed with energy and engagement: this was where we ‘entered’ the rest of the world. What motivates us is the sharing of memories, the many different eras, moments and worlds that have passed in front of the camera's lens. Our goal is to create a wonderful overview of history that offers a glimpse of who we are.

The PROSPETTIVA website is a curatorial space that hosts a selection of photographs from the Fondazione Fiera Milano Historical Archives. Using the photographs from the archives, we are going to investigate and explore the seven main themes that represent the spirit of the Fiera di Milano, along with the significant transitions and changes that have taken place within it. It can be accessed online and offers a calendar of exhibitions and cultural events open to the public.
The PROSPETTIVA website brings together all the photographs relating to the seven main themes in the Fondazione Fiera Milano Historical Archives and includes photographs from archives that have already been incorporated into the project or will be added to it in the future. The first acquisition was the Franco Bottino Archive in 2019. And 2023 marked the start of the collaboration with the Giovanni Gastel Archive.
